Three Alliant team members have earned the prestigious honor of being named Elite Women by Insurance Business America. Nancy Arky, Estela Lusky, and Jennifer Mendenhall join a growing number of Alliant women who have earned this distinction based on their service, results, and dedication to advancing women in insurance.

Nancy Arky, First Vice President, has played a key role in instituting a sound underwriting structure to position Alliant’s Tribal First division for continued growth and leadership as Native America’s leading insurance platform while expanding its reach to new categories of clients and partners.
Estela Lusky, Vice President, plays critical roles in business development, client service, and internal systems management for Alliant on the West Coast. She has played a key part in establishing core internal practices and procedures that have spurred revenue growth and has been a valued partner for multinational clients.
Jennifer Mendenhall, Assistant Vice President, plays a central role in Alliant’s carrier relations efforts within the Northwest Region for Alliant. Her contributions have strengthened the company’s carrier relationships and deepened its access to markets. She has also played an instrumental role in career advancement for young and emerging professionals.
Alliant’s 2019 honorees join women from across the U.S. who have emerged as elite performers in their field, including prior winners Kamy Vacca, Ashley De Paola, Francesca D’Angelo, Lori Long, Kristen Handel, and Amy Steinback.
