Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced on Tuesday the acquisition of Risk Transfer Insurance Agency, LLC, based in Orlando, Florida. The transaction’s terms were not disclosed.
Risk Transfer Insurance Agency, founded in 2000, is a full-service commercial property/casualty agency and program administrator providing customized insurance solutions and risk management services to professional employer organizations (PEOs) and temporary staffing firms throughout Florida and the United States. Dino Fabrizio, Jennifer Robinson, and their colleagues will continue to work at their current location under the supervision of Peter Doyle, head of Gallagher’s Southeast region retail property/casualty brokerage operations, and Chris Leisz, head of RPS Signature Programs of Risk Placement Services, Inc., Gallagher’s U.S. wholesale brokerage, binding authority, and programs division.
