Gregg Aleman has joined Alliant as First Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. The longtime Chicago consultant will leverage his innovative approach and extensive public sector experience to provide added strength to Alliant’s benefits team.

Aleman joins Alliant with a depth of expertise designing and delivering highly strategic employee benefits programs and solutions. This includes more than 25 years of experience working with public sector clients and building large-scale municipal employee benefits cooperatives in multiple states.
Prior to joining Alliant, Aleman was Principal with a Chicagoland insurance and employee benefits consultant. He also has longstanding experience as an Area Senior Vice President within the Chicago office of a global employee benefits and insurance brokerage firm.
