Noldor new CEO

Noldor, a data analytics platform providing digital access to MGA data across the program business value chain, announces Scott Quiana as its new CEO. Scott joined Noldor in 2022 and will drive Noldor’s expansion and development as the company continues to scale its operations and customer base.

“We’ve been able to build something unique at Noldor.  The business results we have brought to our partners speak to the effectiveness of our people and platform.  The platform we have built enables customers to leverage legacy data andwork with modern systems,” said Quiana. “I’m excited for the future and look forward to what comes next as we continue to expand our capabilities, operations and reach.”

This change is made as a part of Noldor’s overall growth strategy. Since its incubation in 2021 at DESCOvery, the D. E. Shaw group’s venture studio, Noldor has grown its customer base and expanded its platform strategy.  As an industry veteran with experience and senior leadership roles in the tech and insurance industries, Quiana has the expertise to build on Noldor’s success and scale operations into the future.

“When Scott joined the management team, we knew that Noldor’s future would be in capable hands. My expertise has always been taking companies from “zero to one”. Now it’s time for Scott to take what we have built and turn it into something even bigger,” said John Horneff, Noldor’s founder and former CEO. “I couldn’t be more excited for what comes next, and I am looking forward to seeing what Noldor will accomplish with Scott at the helm..”

Horneff will remain involved with the leadership and development of the company as president.
