USI Insurance Services (“USI”), a global leader in risk management, employee benefit, and retirement consulting, announced today the acquisition of Griffin MacLean Insurance Brokers of Bellevue, Washington. Griffin MacLean, founded in 1981, is an independent insurance brokerage firm that serves businesses and individuals throughout Washington and Alaska. The transaction’s terms were not disclosed.
